How a project works
Everything runs remotely, in English. Sri Lanka is on UTC+5:30, so our evenings overlap with mornings on the US East Coast and our afternoons with mornings in Europe.
Introductory call
A video call at a time that suits your time zone, to understand what you need and who will use it.
Written proposal
Scope, timeline and cost in writing, so you know exactly what you're getting before any work starts.
Build and review
Regular progress updates and a staging site you can test as the work takes shape.
Launch and support
We deploy, hand over documentation and access, and stay on for maintenance and support if you want us to.
Payment
Projects are paid in US dollars in two or more milestones, for example 50% to start and 50% at launch, or in stages for larger applications.
