Pay 50% to start work and the remaining 50% after you approve the finished site, before it goes live. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
We'll send your renewal invoice 30 days before your hosting and domain expire. If a renewal isn't paid, the site is suspended 14 days after expiry and removed 30 days after expiry. We'll remind you before each step.
Domain names and some software licences are billed to us in US dollars. If the exchange rate changes a lot, renewal prices may change, and we'll tell you before your renewal invoice.

Usually 1 to 2 weeks for Starter, 2 to 4 weeks for Business and 4 to 6 weeks for E-commerce. Most delays come from waiting for content, so having your text, photos and logo ready speeds things up.
Yes. Every site is built on WordPress, and we'll show you how to change text, photos and products. If you'd rather not, a monthly care plan covers small edits.
You do. The domain is registered in your business name, and if you ever move to another provider, we'll hand over a full copy of your site.
Yes. We can rebuild your existing site in one of these packages, or move it to our hosting. Send us the address and we'll tell you what's involved.
Yes. The E-commerce package includes PayHere for local and international cards, plus bank transfer and cash on delivery. PayHere charges its own transaction fee on each card payment.
